Week 9 was a smattering of random stuff in our house, and baseball opening ceremonies. There was a lot of green in the pics because of grass so I let that set the color scheme for the layout.
Let's start on the left side:
Everything is pretty much scrap on this week's layout. Scraps of paper, scraps of ribbon, etc... Up on the right I had to take a picture of my youngest getting my Sunday papers for me. She was in her jammies, wearing my boots. Too cute. And totally indicative of her.
In the middle I took a pic and made a note of my son's inherited trait of OCD ( he was lining up the top and bottom of the salad dressing label). I also made a new prayer journal and put a pic of that in there. I noted O's crazy hair day at school as well.
The bottom has my appointmet card for my annual allergy assessment, where my shots were changed for the last time. There is also a note that shows how well Olivia is progressing in writing. Now that she knows how to sound things out, she writes notes to her brother and sister all the time. I stuck one of those notes in a pocket.
On the right I just let the baseball opening ceremonies pictures take up their own side.
There are pics of the girls riding the mechanical bull that one of the teams had for their booth. That team must have raked in the dough. The line was always crazy long for that one! I also snuck some of the shots from their official photos and got one of O getting a trophy for the Homerun Derby for her age group.
The rest of this month will be mostly Project Life catch up posts, 30 Days of Thankfulness posts, and a few recipes that I've been tinkerin' with. What projects are you working on?
