I've been having trouble taking pics of pages and keeping up with December Daily as there's been an electrical problem with my stamp room. Since I do my work at night, it's been next to impossible to see, let alone take photos without a glare or yellowish cast to them. Luckily I'm taking good notes. :)
But I still have a few weeks for you! Here are weeks 40 and 41:
Week 41 was a fun one for us as one of my husband's best friends and his wife finally had a baby! We got to go see baby Trent at just a week old. It's also bitter sweet to post this because the new happy daddy had his mom there helping them out for a few days. We found out late last night that she died in a head on collision yesterday evening. Life is short people!
Week 40:
The left side highlights some fall school things: school pictures, a note Rae wrote with math on it, a quote about authenticity, etc...
On the right is week 41:
Mostly pictures holding the baby for the first time. There's also a stack of papers I'm grading. I'm helping a friend out grading for a while so she can focus on her practicum hours for her Master's Degree and become a high school counselor.
I accidentally deleted the two page picture of weeks 42 and 43. The delete word is right above the "rename" command and sometimes I have an ooops. There's no getting it back and I don't get one of those "are you sure...." fail safe messages. :(
So week 42:
Week 42 involves a section of a take home bag from a dinner date with friends, a text conversation my husband and I had (along with a later-in-the-day-but-very-relevant-fortune), and on the bottom right is a paper bag with a note from my daughter. She actually put it an envelope and put it in the mail box so I'd have real mail. :)
On the right is week 43:
If it seems like it's early for Halloween pictures, that because it was. :) We went Trunk or Treating at The Grove on Friday since we knew we'd be too busy to trick or treat on Halloween next week. I got pics of the kids in their costumes and also one of my middle kid make a tally chart of each type of candy she got. There's also a shot of my youngest at her preschool Community Helper Parade.
Here's an angled shot of the top of this page so you can see the title card a little better:
And finally week 44:
Even without going trick or treating during Halloween week there were lots of Halloween related pictures. My youngest daughter had farmer day at school and my middle had a costume parade at school. It was also my middle daughter's last day of gymnastics (she's decided to try baseball and soccer) and I took a pic of my kids' Halloween lunches. In the top right corner is my name badge and a parking pass for the math conference I went to in Palm Springs. Love that conference! I think that might officially make me a nerd.
So that's it for today. I'll be back (hopefully tomorrow) with more December Daily pages and the rest of the Project Life pages to this point in the next few days as well.
