This week was spring break and Easter (I do my weeks Sunday-Saturday).
It was a fun week and we did a lot. There is a Stampin' Up! divided page protector on the left, and a standard BH Project Life page protector on the right.
I put the title card in the middle of the layout this time. It just worked there for me and I'm not really attached to one paticular area for my title cards. Above that is a verse that's getting me through tough times right now and below the title card is my son eating a "go fishing" snack I made one day for a fun, spring break snackie.
Here on the left side I have a pic of a water balloon fight during spring break. I just wrote with a marker straight onto the photo. Below that is a photo of my kids at a concert at our church. They love "AndyDanger" and were very excited about this. On the bottom of this left page is an update on our saga of the breaking appliances.
On the right edge of the left page is another water balloon fight pic, a baseball game, and lunch out with one of my favorite friends. The "love" ticket is from Stampin' Up! in the spring catalog. It came with some trim, flowers, etc... real cute!
On to the right side:
This side has some Easter egg hunting and Easter basket fun. One of my favorite pictures this Easter was my son wearing some mustache stickers that were in his basket. Made even better by the wife beater shirt he's wearing of course.
The week in review note was from a stack I got at Target from We R Memory Keepers.
I wanted a pic of Josiah with his new Yoda basket. He's 7 now and it was time to trade in his fuzzy little puppy basket for something a bit more "big boy". :) The pic on the very right shows a clever little hiding space. My kids could not find that egg that blended right in with the lemons on the lemon tree.
Still loving Project Life. Thinking about whether I want to make any changes to how I do things. The way I keep notes has been very helpful. I'm definitely going to keep that.
