I've been busy posting things in my Etsy shop that are disappearing almost as fast as I post them! Today I have some vintage looking holiday tags there that were great fun to make!
I used the Fan Fair Designer paper and the Ornament Framelit dies. I tied on the lace from a fabric store with linen thread and a vintage faceted button (LOVE THOSE BUTTONS!).
I needed a little something for the background so I stamped off a bit of the postmark stamp from Winter Post (now retired) but you could easily use any script, snowflake, etc... in the background.
The tags are mailing tags that someone gave me but I normally make these with vanilla cardstock and soft suede with two circle punches (to get that reinforced top). Mailing tags are easy and quick to make a stack of and have on hand, way cheaper too!
These are in my Etsy shop if you want to buy them already made, or you could get your supplies to make them from my online Stampin' Up! store!
I've also put a few Christmas stamps in my Etsy shop. Many of them have already sold (in less than 12 hours). It's time to get your projects planned and supplies gathered so you have time to craft your Christmas once the next few holidays are over! I always make the mistake of waiting til after Thanksgiving because I like Christmas to be seperate, but then I run out of time. This year I'm planning projects and collecting materials ahead of time, so everything is ready right after Thanksgiving and it still has it's own time of year. I know, I'm a genius.
And also coming up...
